Benefits of Intermittent Fasting

If you would like to increase detoxification and weight loss, you should consider Intermittent Fasting.

I love Intermittent Fasting because I don’t have to deprive myself of the foods I love to eat. Rather, I just shorten the hours in which I eat and during this time I can enjoy indulgent meals that include dairy, alcohol, and carbohydrates.

IF has many benefits for example:

  • You burn your own fat stores and generally become better at utilizing fat as energy.

  • You turn on Autophagy, your body’s natural way of cleaning out damaged cells in order to regenerate newer, healthier cells. 

  • One or two fewer meals a day results in cost savings.

  • Less time focused on meals, more time focusing on what matters to you.

  • You utilize nutrients more efficiently when you do eat.

  • Studies show that increases lifespan and prevents various diseases.

  • You get sick less.

  • You have more energy as you use less energy to digest food.

  • You drink more water as a result of not eating a meal(s).

  • You reduce inflammation.
