Top 5 Must Have Supplements

I would say there are at least five supplements that most people need every day. Most of us are not getting adequate nutrition through food. Our diet is not as nutrient-dense as it once was, and our soil is so depleted.


Here are my top five must-have supplements:

  • Omega 3 – Look for high doses of DHA and EPA (at least 1g).

  • Vitamin D – I like 2000 – 5000IU/day; take more based on lab results.

  • Magnesium – Most everyone is deficient. I like both Magnesium Glycinate (calming) and Magnesium Oxide (improves bowel mobility).

  • Liposomal Glutathione – The master antioxidant should be taken first thing every morning.

  • Probiotics – I like to switch these every few months to enhance diversity. Currently, I’m loving spore-based probiotics.
