Whenever I have cilantro that is about to wilt or too many avocados, I make this cilantro crema. I love to use this sauce on tacos, as a dip or sauce for sweet potato fries.
Cilantro Crema
GLUTEN-FREE, INDULGENCE, PALEO, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1 bunch cilantro + stems
1 avocado
1/2 cup mayo
1 small shallot
1 Serrano chili
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1 lime, juiced
sea salt + pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in the blender until smooth.
