Salt 'N' Peppa Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb wild-caught shrimp

  • 1 cup rice crumbs

  • 1 tb peppa seasoning @convivial_spice

  • 3 sliced jalapeños or serranos

  • 4 cloves garlic thinly sliced

  • 1 lime


DIRECTIONS

  • Defrost shrimp & pat dry.

  • Coat shrimp in rice crumbs & peppa seasoning.

  • Sauté garlic & chili peppers in avocado oil until brown; remove and set aside

  • In the same oil fry the shrimp until golden & crispy.

  • Flip & add back chilies & garlic & finish with a squeeze of lime & sea salt.
