I can’t take credit for this recipe… I learned it when I was 16 watching Bobby Flay’s The Main Ingredient on Lifetime. It really makes eating fish so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it as an alternative to regular salsa.
ENTERTAINING, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30
1 ripe mango, cubed
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno, diced
1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
fresh lime juice
Combine all ingredients and serve.
