I love guacamole, but I especially love it without tomatoes. I feel tomatoes tend to water it down and dilute its flavor. I also like my guacamole with a ridiculous amount of cilantro and chili for added flavor.
Guacamole
ENTERTAINING, GLUTEN-FREE, INDULGENCE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN
INGREDIENTS
4 avocados, peeled and chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Serrano chili, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 tsp lime juice
sea salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and serve with endive leaves or chips
