Who doesn’t love fish tacos? This is a twist, where you can assemble your own with fresh ingredients and my tangy cilantro sauce.
Deconstructed Fish Tacos
ENTERTAINING, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1 red snapper fillet
1 Persian dried lime, grated
1 head butter lettuce
1/2 avocado, marinated in EVOO
1/2 a lime, wedged
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup cilantro sauce (see recipe)
DIRECTIONS
Sprinkle snapper fillet with dried lime and sear in a cast iron pan until the edges turn brown and flip.
Assemble plate with butter lettuce, cilantro sauce, marinated avocado, fresh cilantro, and fresh lime.
Plate warm snapper and serve with lettuce cups and accompaniments.
