Creamy Pesto Zoodles
GLUTEN-FREE, INDULGENCE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1/4 soaked cashews
2 cloves garlic
1 small Serrano chili
1 bunch fresh basil
1 small bunch fresh oregano
1 bunch fresh mint
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup evoo
s & p to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in the blender, adding water as needed to achieve a smooth consistency.
