I always have broccolini in my fridge. It’s so versatile and I usually serve it with either tahini or harissa. This recipe is very simple and flavorful. My preferred method is air frying or roasting on high-heat in the oven.

Charred Broccolini
GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1 lb broccolini, chopped into 2-inch pieces
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp Coconut Aminos
lime juice
1 tsp sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine broccolini with avocado oil and roast in air fryer until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Toss with Coconut Aminos, lime, and top with sesame seeds.
