Charred Broccolini

I always have broccolini in my fridge. It’s so versatile and I usually serve it with either tahini or harissa. This recipe is very simple and flavorful. My preferred method is air frying or roasting on high-heat in the oven.


Charred Broccolini

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb broccolini, chopped into 2-inch pieces

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Aminos

  • lime juice

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine broccolini with avocado oil and roast in air fryer until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.

  2. Toss with Coconut Aminos, lime, and top with sesame seeds.
