I finally made my own cauliflower crust from scratch and it wasn’t as hard as I thought!
Cauliflower Margarita Pizza
ENTERTAINING, PALEO, PLANT-BASED
1 head of cauliflower, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
Steam shredded cauliflower until soft and drain with a dishtowel to remove excess moisture.
Combine with cheese, egg, and spices.
Press onto parchment paper and bake 400° for 20 minutes.
Add your toppings and bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
