This simple soup is so good and detoxifying. I used Thorne Mediclear Plus pea and rice protein, which is rich in detoxifying and liver supporting nutrients. I like to top it with ground sumac for extra zing.

Carrot & Fennel Soup
DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN
INGREDIENTS
3 small carrots, chopped
3/4 cup fennel, chopped
1.5 cups vegetable broth
2 scoops Mediclear Plus (pea protein)
pinch of turmeric
chives to garnish
pinch of sumac to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Heat vegetable stock and add vegetables.
Once softened, blend vegetables and turmeric in a blender with broth and protein.
Top with fresh chive and sumac.
