Carrot & Fennel Soup

This simple soup is so good and detoxifying. I used Thorne Mediclear Plus pea and rice protein, which is rich in detoxifying and liver supporting nutrients. I like to top it with ground sumac for extra zing.


Carrot & Fennel Soup

DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN


INGREDIENTS

  • 3 small carrots, chopped

  • 3/4 cup fennel, chopped

  • 1.5 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 scoops Mediclear Plus (pea protein)

  • pinch of turmeric

  • chives to garnish

  • pinch of sumac to garnish


DIRECTIONS

  • Heat vegetable stock and add vegetables.

  • Once softened, blend vegetables and turmeric in a blender with broth and protein.

  • Top with fresh chive and sumac.
