Blood Orange, Beet & Avocado Salad
DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1 blood orange, peeled and sliced
1 red beet, sliced
1 avocado, cut into wedges
1 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp hemp seeds
fresh dill, garnish
1 tbsp EVOO
sea salt & pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Alternate sliced beets, oranges, and avocados on a plate and season with sea salt.
Finish with pine nuts, hemp seeds, dill, EVOO, and fresh cracked pepper.
