INGREDIENTS

  • 1 blood orange, peeled and sliced

  • 1 red beet, sliced

  • 1 avocado, cut into wedges

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • fresh dill, garnish

  • 1 tbsp EVOO

  • sea salt & pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS

  • Alternate sliced beets, oranges, and avocados on a plate and season with sea salt.

  • Finish with pine nuts, hemp seeds, dill, EVOO, and fresh cracked pepper.
