Basil Seed Pudding
DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup basil seeds
1 cup warm water
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
bee pollen & rose petals for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Add basil seeds to warm water to soak. Set aside and allow basil seeds to bloom for 3 minutes.
After seeds bloom and absorb the water, pour into the hemp milk with cinnamon and vanilla.
Chill and serve with bee pollen & rose.
