Basil Seed Pudding

DETOX, GLUTEN-FREE, PALEO, PLANT-BASED, VEGAN, WHOLE 30


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup basil seeds

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • bee pollen & rose petals for garnish


DIRECTIONS

  1. Add basil seeds to warm water to soak. Set aside and allow basil seeds to bloom for 3 minutes.

  2. After seeds bloom and absorb the water, pour into the hemp milk with cinnamon and vanilla.

  3. Chill and serve with bee pollen & rose.
