4th of July

This July 4th we will be grilling steaks, lobster, Linguisa sausage, miso eggplant, sweet potatoes and corn!

  1. Linguisa – I grill these and serve with some grain mustard.

  2. Corn – better to remove the silk and leave the husks to prevent burning.

  3. Lobster tails – we grilled these and finished them with saffron butter.

  4. Baby Eggplant – here we marinated the eggplant with miso paste and coconut aminos.

  5. Ribeye – we coated them with a nice kosher salt crust before grilling,

I like to serve these family style with a green salad and spicy cabbage slaw.
